My name is Cathy Fitzgerald, I am the owner of
Advanced Pet Care Service, offering in your home dog walking and
pet sitting. I have spent my entire life caring for animals and
I love it! It is truly my passion. Growing up, my family always
had pets; dogs, cats, hamsters, fish etc. and we lived on a
small farm, so we also had goats, rabbits, chickens, horses and
even a few pigs. I was very involved in 4-H, not only with my
own animals but I also helped teach other kids how to care for
their animals.
After I graduated from High School, I started working in a
Veterinary Hospital, first in the kennels, then as the
Receptionist, Veterinary Assistant and eventually the Office
Manager. After accumulating all my knowledge at the vets for
over 20 years, plus my prior experience, I decided professional
pet sitting would be the perfect continuation of my love for
pets. So I started Advanced Pet Care, offering dog walking and
pet sitting services.
